To access Il Borgo delle Arti, you must present a valid photo ID for yourself and each member of your family unit at the Reception, for registration purposes as required by law.
Each registered guest will be given a car pass and an identification wristband. This system limits access to unauthorized persons and ensures services are provided exclusively to registered guests.
The wristband is mandatory and must be worn for the entire duration of your stay.
The Management reserves the right, at its sole discretion, not to accept unwanted guests or numbers exceeding the maximum capacity.
Pets are not allowed in the property.
Access is restricted to registered guests; unregistered external visitors are not permitted to enter.
Minors can only access the property if they have a valid ID and are accompanied by legally responsible adults.
Groups of adult youth are requested to maintain appropriate and respectful behavior, compatible with the peace and quiet of other guests, especially during quiet hours. No excesses or vulgar language will be tolerated.
If individual responsibility cannot be determined, measures may be applied to the entire group.
Parents are responsible for the behavior of their children, who must always be accompanied to the restrooms and supervised in the pool and playground areas.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by minors to third parties or to the facilities.
The assignment of the Suites is the responsibility of the Management. For organizational reasons, the Management reserves the right to change the assigned accommodation number without prior notice, guaranteeing equivalent features.
Moving to other accommodations without authorization is not permitted.
Vehicles must be parked in the dedicated and numbered area indicated upon arrival by the Reception. Only one vehicle is allowed per Suite.
Arrivals: the Suite is available from 15:00 to 18:00. In case of non-arrival (no-show), the deposit will be retained. Early arrival does not entitle you to an early departure.
Departures: the accommodation must be vacated between 08:00 and 10:00 on the day of departure.
Payments: the balance of the stay must be paid the day after arrival. Any changes regarding dates or occupancy must be promptly communicated to the Management.
Early or late arrivals and departures must be agreed upon with the Reception and are subject to availability.
Quiet hours are from 13:00 to 14:00 and from 23:00 to 08:00.
At all times, behaviors, activities, or the use of devices that may cause disturbance to other guests must be avoided. During the specified hours, the circulation of vehicles inside the property is prohibited.

Guests are required to keep their Suite clean and tidy, in compliance with health and hygiene regulations.
Any infectious diseases must be immediately reported to the Management.
Each guest is responsible for their own personal belongings. The Management declines all responsibility for theft, loss, or damage caused by third parties.
Found objects must be handed over to the Management.
The improper use of equipment is under the guest’s responsibility.
Emergency instructions are provided upon arrival.
Access to the swimming pool implies acceptance of the rules.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in removal from the area.
